Section 395
A house that has been restored can be restored to another person

(1) In the case of an agreement with the landlord, if it is mentioned that he can give the house or any part of it to another person, the person taking the house can give the house or any part of it to another person subject to the agreement.
(2) In case the person who takes possession of the house or any part of it according to sub-section (1) has been given back to another person, the name and address of the person who took it back must be given in writing to the owner of the house within fifteen days.
(3) According to sub-section (1), the person who takes the house in restitution shall hand over the house or any part thereof to the person who keeps it in the same condition.
(4) A person who has been taken into custody according to sub-section (1) shall comply with all the conditions and arrangements that must be followed by the person who is incarcerated according to this paragraph.
(5) If the person taken under sub-section (1) does not work in accordance with the conditions while living in the house, if he does not clean, protect or protect the house occupied by him, or if he does anything that causes harassment, distress or disturbance to other people living in the house or neighbors, the person giving the house may remove him from the house for any period.
